The Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Luxury Home Council® an organization of real estate agents and brokers formed in 2004. The stated goal of the council is to provide students with the training, tools, and techniques to provide the highest level of service to both luxury home buyers and sellers.
The Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) designation is an excellent course for those real estate professionals who are ready to move up and begin selling more luxury housing. By exploring the “millionaire mindset” agents will be able to increase their professionalism, and overall profitability while working smarter not harder!
The ALHS program is perfect for agents who don’t have the time for week long sessions. With a compact, powerful presentation the course dives into a hot topic that is fast becoming a flash point in many markets – Luxury Housing. In association with REALTYU® the largest network of real estate educators in the nation the course has been designed for all types of agents, new and experienced agents, buyer agents, seller agents, dual agents, and even brokers.

To display the ALHS designation each member must:
- Complete the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist Course.
- Represent a buyer or seller, in at least two transactions, where the purchase price is at least two times the average sales price in the market. The transactions must take place within 24 months of taking the course or anytime prior to taking the course.
- Be in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS® and the Luxury Home Council.
