| What are the time requirements for the class? Are the lessons timed? Will it take a full semester to complete? |
| For your pre-licensing classes each class is 30 hours. You will need a minimum of 5 30-hr classes depending on whether or not you have any college credit classes TREC approves. For full details call Kathryn at 214-223-9848 |

| Can these classes be covererd under the GI Bill |

| I'm interested in the Home Inspection Online training course. But, I don't plan to practice in the near future (maybe never). I just want to take these course as they will benefit me in my current position (which does not require me to be licensed). Can I enroll to take "all" the Home Inspection course if I don't have a sponsor and/or experience? Email is best |
| Absolutely. Feel free to take any and all courses you are interested in. Whether you choose to use them for a license is entirely up to you. |
| |
| I took core courses a little over 5 years ago, do I have to take again? |
| TREC is the only one who can answer that question definitively. Most likely they will make you review at least some of the course materials. Please call AllStar to discuss your specific situation. AllStar main number is
972-692-3900. |

| I purchased the online classes and a couple of weeks later, I received an offer of employment outside of real estate that I need to take. Since I did not take the classes complete, can I uptain a refund? |

| I just signed up for an online course and I found out that my local community college is offering the same class. I am finding it difficult to follow along with the online instruction, I think I would do better in a classroom. My question is am I able to get a refund on this course? |
| It depends on how far you have gotten in the course. Feel free to call and discuss.

| I am an online student in RE and currently in the middle of a class. I signed out and now I am trying to sign back in. What is my sign-in name and password? Thanks. |
| Be sure to go to correct screen – “coursepage.com” This will be on the original confirmation you received when signing up and
paying for the class.
Your login is your last name and I think your password is the last 4 numbers of your social security.
Please call me with any questions. I don’t want you to be stuck.

| If I decide to do the Online classes, are there any requirements to complete live classes or can I complete all requirements online, including tests? Thanks! |
| If you are inquiring about the Real Estate Salesperson Licensing, then you can complete all your education requirements on line.
You will need either 210 hours or 150 hours, depending on your previous experiance or collage. On our website under Trec forms there is an Education Evaluation form you can fill out and send to the Texas Real Estate Commision. They will determine how many hours you are requied to take.
Our online classes do not come with books or CD's. There is some material that can be printed out.
Once you have completed all the required classes on line, and submitted your certificates of completion to the State, you will then be given authorization to take the Real Estate Exam.
You must take the exam in person.
The state will send you a list of Testing locations.
I hope this has helped. If you need futher clarification on anything, please let me know.
Thanks
Dodi Foster

| Is the requirement for 150 or a total 210 classroom hours required in order to take a RE Sales exam? |
| 210. However, if you have college credit classes TREC may accept up to 60 hrs of classes you have made 'C' or above to substitute for two 30-hr core elective classes. this means you would only have to complete five 30-hr classes, for a total of 150 hrs. Please call me if you have any more questions. 214-206-0777 |

| I have a BS in Business Administration. I have heard that this degree will covers some of the required classes. Is this true? Will allow me to skip some of the classes in your program? Thank you |
| You will still need to complete 5 30-hour classes, 4 of which are Law of Agency, Law of Contracts, and Principles I & II. The 5th class required can be any 30-hour 'core' elective. Please go to the navigation button on our website REAL ESTATE and click on Salesperson Licensing. You will find complete details of the process there. Thanks for your interest. Call Monday for more information. |
